The many faces of Samwell Tarly. I’m officially dubbing myself that. I was Samwise for YEARS and now… I’m Samwell. 

Gotta integrate the fandoms into my every day life as best as I can, man. 

Besides, Game of Thrones, series and novels, are pretty much taking over my life. I’m sure no one but maybe a few people appreciate it. *COUGH* OCTOBER *COUGH*

Just got back from a whirlwind trip to one of the greatest cities on the planet. We were there for two days and two nights but it was literally one of the most liberating and exciting trips I’ve been on in a VERY long time. My friends Carly, Emaleigh, and Travis are some of the most amazing people that I have the fortune of knowing and loving. They are phenomenal. 

This was taken pretty much the second that Em and I got off the MegaBus and met up with Carly. Our drop off point was three blocks away from Madison Square Garden and needless to say, I was STOKED. I talked about hockey all weekend — sober, buzzed, drunk, wasted, hungover…. you name it. I really can’t wait to work/live in a hockeytown. It will make my life so much easier. 

Calling it now: Rangers/Kings SCF. Watch it happen. 

Time to eat. I was hungover on a bus all day and didn’t eat. Oops?

So recently I went from having a hairdo like the top picture (with really long roots and fucked up split ends) to the bottom picture. It’s a deep red and about 2 and half inches shorter but super fun. My girl, Sam, said that it should fade back to the gold. 

All who miss it, expect it to be back within the next 4-6 weeks, pending summer sun time. (I miss it to? But I feel I won’t miss it as much once I style it myself. WE’LL SEE.)

My main reason for the hair makeover was because Emaleigh and I are going to New York City to see our favorite “sister,” Carly. It’s not just because of the said trip, but due to the unmentioned gala that we’re attending hosted by the one and only, Gloria Steinem (!!!!). I cannot look like a “raggamuffin” when I am in the same room as feminism royalty. Gotta look fresh. Plus, all the Brooklyn boys will see me when I walk around. WHAT. 

Self-actualization feels good.

GPOY: I have Oscar for the weekend and nothing could make me happier than this loaf of bread of a dog Edition. We’re totally in love, in case you can’t tell. 

AND, we’re going to snuggle all night and it’s gonna RULE. Also, I got a cool Doctor Who shirt yesterday. It doesn’t have the TARDIS on it, but it does have a Dalek and that’s cool enough for me. 

So some of you (i.e. most of you) probably haven’t seen my face in a while. A lot has been going on in my life lately, so I guess this is a quick update. 

I don’t wear a bunch of make-up because I’m too lazy to put it on, wearing a Target Pens shirt because I can, and my hair is really long. But other than that, I’m doing pretty great. Saw Say Anything last night with my BFF from 8th grade, Tealio, and am cat-sitting for my main dude Sebastian while he and his GF are in Cali for Coachella. (Bastards)
